Zhangjiagang Rural Bank announces 2024 dividend distribution

Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Rural Commercial Bank (SZSE:002839) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on April 29, 2025. The bank will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.0 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, based on the total share capital registered on the equity registration date. The total dividend payout is estimated at CNY 488,868,994.8, calculated on the existing share capital of 2,444,344,974 shares. The equity registration date is set for May 15, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 16, 2025. Different tax rates apply to Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, QFII, RQFII, and individual/fund investors holding pre-IPO restricted shares.
