Wanda Film shareholder plans to reduce stake

Wanda Film Holding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002739) announced that shareholder Hangzhou Zhenxi Investment Management Co., Ltd., currently holding 6.3927% of the company's shares (135,000,000 shares), plans to reduce its stake. According to the pre-disclosure, Hangzhou Zhenxi intends to sell up to 29,411,164 shares, not exceeding 1.3927% of Wanda Film’s total share capital. The disposal will occur via centralized bidding and block trading within a three-month period, beginning 15 trading days after this announcement. Hangzhou Zhenxi cited its own business arrangements as the reason for the share reduction. The company confirmed that the planned reduction will not impact Wanda Film’s control or its ongoing operations.
