Qifeng New Materials announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Qifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002521) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on May 8, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 3.00 (tax included) for every 10 shares held, based on the total share capital of 560,061,050 shares as of December 31, 2024. The total cash dividend payout will be CNY 168,018,315.00, and no bonus shares will be issued, nor will the capital reserve be used for stock increases. The equity registration date is set for May 16, 2025, with the ex-rights and ex-dividend date on May 19, 2025. The company will distribute dividends directly to certain A-share shareholders, while China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will handle the distribution for other A-share holders.
