Huafeng Chemical announces 2024 dividend distribution

Zhejiang Huafeng Spandex Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002064) announced the implementation of its 2024 dividend distribution plan following approval at the Annual General Meeting held on April 29, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.50 (tax included) per 10 shares, based on the existing total share capital of 4,962,543,897 shares, totaling CNY 744,381,584.55. The remaining undistributed profit will be carried forward to the next year. The equity registration date is set for May 15, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 16, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors, overseas investment institutions, and individuals holding pre-IPO restricted shares, each 10 shares will be paid CNY 1.35 after tax. The dividend will be distributed through shareholders' securities firms.
