Haisco Pharma announces 2024 annual equity distribution

Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002653) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved on May 6, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 1.35 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on the company's total share capital of 1,119,917,970 shares. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 151,188,925.95. The company will not distribute bonus shares or increase share capital through capitalization of reserves. The equity registration date is set for May 14, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 15, 2025.
