Ganfeng Lithium shareholder Wang Xiaoshen adds to share pledge

Ganfeng Lithium (SZSE:002460) announced today that shareholder Wang Xiaoshen has supplemented share pledges. Wang Xiaoshen pledged an additional 800,000 shares, representing 0.57% of his holdings and 0.04% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, effective May 8, 2025, is in favor of Guotai Haitong Securities for financing purposes. Following the transaction, Wang Xiaoshen has pledged a total of 64,430,000 shares, accounting for 45.55% of his holdings and 3.19% of Ganfeng Lithium’s total share capital. The company stated that Wang Xiaoshen’s share pledge does not present a risk of forced liquidation and that he will take measures to address any potential future risks. Ganfeng Lithium affirmed that this event will not impact its operations or governance.
