Zhongxing Bio-Tech announces 2024 equity distribution, adjusts share base

Tianshui Zhongxing Bio-Technology (SZSE:002772) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on April 15, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 3.00 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on a reduced share base of 374,742,533 shares. This adjusted base excludes the 18,498,826 shares held in the company's repurchase account, which are not eligible for the dividend. The total cash dividend payout will be CNY 112,422,759.90. The ex-date is set for May 19, 2025, and the record date is May 16, 2025.
