Qifeng New Materials: All resolutions passed at 2024 AGM

Qifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. announced the results of its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on May 8, 2025. The meeting saw the approval of all ten resolutions presented to shareholders. Key resolutions included the 2024 Board of Directors Work Report, the 2024 Supervisory Board Work Report, the 2024 Financial Final Accounts Report, and the 2024 Annual Report and Summary. Also approved were resolutions concerning profit distribution, director and supervisor compensation, the reappointment of the accounting firm, guarantees for subsidiaries, cash management, and the undertaking of financial derivative transactions in 2025.
