CMSK to convene 2024 annual general meeting

China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. [SZSE:001979] announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 30, 2025, using a combination of on-site and online voting. Shareholders will vote on the 2024 board and supervisory reports, the 2024 financial report, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. The AGM will address the 2024 annual report and summary, a CNY donation budget with connected transactions for 2025, and a general authorization for the company to issue bond products. Shareholders will also vote on the 2025 deposit and loan related-party transactions at China Merchants Bank, plus guarantees for subsidiaries. The board has set May 27, 2025, as the record date for shareholder eligibility.
