Henan Shenhuo announces 2024 dividend plan implementation

Henan Shenhuo Coal and Power Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000933) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the company's annual general meeting on April 18, 2025. Shareholders of record as of May 15, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 5.00 per 10 shares. The total cash dividend distribution amounts to CNY 1,116,965,104.50, based on the actual share capital of 2,233,930,209 shares after excluding repurchased shares. The ex-dividend date is set for May 16, 2025. The adjusted repurchase price after the dividend distribution will be CNY 19.50 per share.
