China Resources raises stake in Dong-E E-Jiao

China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd., a key shareholder of Dong-E E-Jiao Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000423), has completed its previously announced plan to increase its holdings in the company. According to a legal opinion from Beijing Jiayuan Law Firm and a corresponding announcement from Dong-E E-Jiao, China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment acquired an additional 7,709,490 shares between November 8, 2024, and May 7, 2025, through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system. This increases China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment's direct stake to 65,644,606 shares, representing 10.2176% of Dong-E E-Jiao's total share capital. The total investment amounted to CNY 44,586.85 million.
