Northking Information Tech announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Northking Information Technology (SZSE:002987) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved on May 6, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 2.50 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, totaling CNY 154,944,234.25. Additionally, the company will increase share capital through a bonus issue, distributing 4 new shares for every 10 shares held, amounting to 247,910,774 new shares.
