Guosheng Financial Holding appoints new director, Luo Xi

Guosheng Financial Holding (SZSE:002670) announced that Luo Xi has been nominated to the board of directors, replacing Wang Zhigang, based on a recommendation from shareholder Jiangxi Jiangtou Capital Co., Ltd. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting, after which Luo Xi will also serve on the Strategic Committee. The Board's Nomination Committee has confirmed Luo Xi's eligibility for the role. Wang Zhigang will continue to fulfill his duties until the shareholder meeting. The board expressed gratitude for Wang Zhigang's contributions during his tenure. The announcement was released on May 7, 2025.
