Yuehai Feeds' controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Guangdong Yuehai Feeds (SZSE:001313) announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhanjiang Forage, has pledged an additional 4,100,000 shares, representing 1.55% of the company's total share capital. Following this transaction, Zhanjiang Forage's total pledged shares in Yuehai Feeds have increased to 102,940,000, or 38.90% of its holdings, constituting 14.71% of Yuehai Feeds' total share capital. These shares are pledged to Guojin Securities, with the pledge period starting April 29, 2025, and ending January 1, 9999, as a supplement to working capital. Yuehai Feeds confirms that Zhanjiang Forage's shareholding remains under control with no risk of forced liquidation.
