Salubris Pharmaceuticals announces 2024 annual equity distribution

Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals (SZSE:002294) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the Annual General Meeting held on April 21, 2025. Shareholders of record as of May 13, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 5.00 per 10 shares. The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to CNY 557,408,267.50, based on the company's total share capital of 1,114,816,535 shares as of December 31, 2024.
