Cecep Solar discloses top shareholders ahead of share buyback

Cecep Solar Energy (SZSE:000591) has released details regarding its top shareholders and those without trading restrictions, preceding its proposed share buyback program as approved by the board on April 22, 2025, and pending shareholder approval. As of April 23, 2025, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group held the largest stake with 1,223,169,548 shares, representing 31.22% of the total share capital. CECEP Capital Holdings followed with 134,165,987 shares (3.42%). Among unrestricted shareholders, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group also led with 940,183,123 shares (26.09% of unrestricted shares). The announcement complies with Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulations regarding share buybacks.
