CATL releases H-share offering post-hearing information

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) (SZSE:300750) is proceeding with its application to issue overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and list them on the Main Board of the HKEX. The company initially submitted its application to the HKEX on February 11, 2025. Approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission was received on March 25, 2025, per the "Overseas Issuance Filing Notice" (Guo He Han [2025] No. 502). On April 10, 2025, the HKEX Listing Committee held a hearing to review the application. In accordance with listing arrangements, CATL has now published its post-hearing information set on the HKEX website. This release aims to provide information to the Hong Kong public and qualified investors. CATL stated that final approval from Hong Kong regulatory bodies and the stock exchange is still required.
