Titan Wind Energy's largest shareholder pledges, releases shares

Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002531) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Tian Shen Investment Management Co., Ltd., has completed a series of share pledge and release transactions. Specifically, Shanghai Tian Shen pledged 2.18% of the company's shares to China Securities, China Galaxy Securities, Haitong Securities and China Merchants Securities. Simultaneously, it released 1.05% of the company’s shares that were previously pledged to Guolian Minsheng Securities. As of the announcement, Shanghai Tian Shen holds 29.52% of Titan Wind Energy, with a cumulative pledge of 12.70% of the company's total share capital. Titan Wind Energy stated that these actions do not pose risks of forced liquidation.
