Jiangsu Shagang approves all resolutions at 2024 AGM

Jiangsu Shagang Co., Ltd. announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on April 30, 2025. Additionally, the AGM confirmed the compensation for directors, senior management, and supervisors for 2024, and approved the compensation plans for 2025, while also approving the reappointment of the company's accounting firm. The meeting was attended by shareholders representing 29.6037% of the company's total shares.
