Electric connector technology shareholder plans to reduce holdings

Electric Connector Technology (SZSE:300679) announced that shareholder Ren Junjiang, holding 7.06% of the company's total share capital (or 7.14% excluding shares in the repurchase account), plans to reduce holdings. From May 27, 2025, to August 26, 2025, Ren Junjiang intends to sell up to 4,189,336 shares, representing 0.99% of the total share capital (or 1% excluding repurchased shares) via centralized bidding. The planned reduction is due to personal funding needs. Ren Junjiang has pledged to act in accordance with regulations and disclose the progress in a timely manner.
