Yinghe Technology shareholder Wang Weidong plans to reduce stake

Shenzhen Yinghe Technology (SZSE:300457) announced today that shareholder Wang Weidong, currently holding 17.21% of the company's total share capital, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 18,906,000 shares. This represents approximately 2.96% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase account. The reduction will occur via block trades or open market transactions, beginning 15 trading days after this announcement and extending for a period of three months. Wang Weidong stated the reason for the share reduction is personal financial needs.
