Yantang Dairy shareholders approve key resolutions at AGM

Guangdong Yantang Dairy (SZSE:002732) announced the resolutions passed at its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting, convened by the board of directors, saw the approval of all seven proposed resolutions through a combination of on-site and online voting. Key resolutions approved include the 2024 annual work reports for both the board of directors and the supervisory board, the 2024 annual financial statements, the internal control self-assessment report, the 2024 annual report and its summary, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. For the profit distribution plan, 93,793,370 shares voted in favor, representing 99.92% of the total voting shares. Shareholders also approved the 2025 annual financial budget. The meeting was attended by directors, supervisors, senior management, and legal counsel from Beijing JunHe Law Firm. JunHe provided a legal opinion confirming the legitimacy and effectiveness of the meeting proceedings and resolutions.
