Tongyu Heavy Industry gets green light for CNY 1bn notes

Tongyu Heavy Industry (SZSE:300185) announced that it has received approval from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) for the registration of medium-term notes. The approved registration allows the company to issue notes with a total value not exceeding CNY 1 billion. These notes will have a maturity of no more than five years. The registration is valid for two years from the date of the notice. Zheshang Bank and China Securities will act as joint lead underwriters for the issuance. The company intends to manage the issuance per regulations and disclose results via channels approved by NAFMII.
