Tigermed to hold AGM and class meetings in May

Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting (SZSE:300347) announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) alongside its first A share and H share class meetings for 2025 on May 30, 2025. The AGM will address key items including the review and approval of the 2024 annual report, financial statements, profit distribution plan, and the appointment of the 2025 auditing firm. Shareholders will also vote on matters such as credit line applications to banks, changes to the use of H share proceeds, director and executive compensation, and proposed amendments to the company's articles of association. The A-share class meeting will vote on the repurchase of H-Shares by the company. The company will conduct both a live meeting at its Hangzhou headquarters and an online voting system for eligible shareholders. The record date for A-share holders is May 27, 2025.
