** New Hope Liuhe (SZSE:000876) announced the adoption of its revised Articles of Association in April 2025, outlining the company's governance and operational framework. Concurrent with this, the company held its first extraordinary general meeting for 2025, where key leadership changes were approved. The newly elected board includes non-independent directors such as Liu Chang, Zhang Minggui, and others, along with independent directors including Wang Jiafen and Peng Long. Liu Chang was elected as the Chairperson. Subsequent to these changes, the board appointed Tao Yuling as President, and Zhao Liang as Board Secretary.
