Maccura Biotechnology (SZSE:300463) announced that shareholder Guo Lei, holding over 5% of the company's shares, has executed a share pledge and release. On April 16, 2025, Guo Lei released 6,200,000 previously pledged shares. Simultaneously, Guo Lei pledged 6,200,000 shares in a repurchase transaction. Following these transactions, Guo Lei maintains 22,308,000 shares pledged, representing 62.36% of his holdings and 3.64% of Maccura's total share capital. Maccura assures investors that these actions will not lead to a change in control of the company, nor will they significantly impact its operations.
