Jiawei Renewable Energy to hold 2024 online briefing

Jiawei Renewable Energy announced it will hold an online performance briefing on May 8, 2025, from 15:00 to 17:00, to discuss its 2024 annual report. Investors can participate through the China Securities Roadshow Center. The company's leadership, including Chairman Guo Yanjun, Vice Chairman Li Li, and independent director Huang Huihong, will be present. Interested investors can submit questions via email to jw@jiawei.com by May 7, 2025. The company will address commonly asked questions during the briefing, within the bounds of permitted information disclosure. The 2024 annual report and summary were previously released on April 26, 2025.
