Chengdu Information directors halt share reduction, appoints new board member

Chengdu Information Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences [SZSE:300678] announced the early termination of share reduction plans by Director Fu Zhongliang and Senior Manager Liu Xiaobing, initially disclosed on February 7, 2025. Fu Zhongliang sold 549,914 shares at an average price between CNY29.62 and CNY38.46, while Liu Xiaobing sold 149,000 shares at an average price between CNY28.93 and CNY38.68. At the time of termination, Fu Zhongliang holds 2,352,466 shares, or 0.7937% of the company’s total share capital. Liu Xiaobing holds 580,000 shares or 0.1957%.
