Chacha Food executive Yang resigns for personal reasons

Chacha Food Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002557) disclosed that its board of directors has received the resignation report from Deputy General Manager Yang Yukun. Citing personal reasons, Yang Yukun will no longer hold any position within the company or its subsidiaries. The company stated that the relevant handover of responsibilities has been completed and the resignation will not affect the normal operations of the company.
