Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture (SZSE:002910) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gansu Zhuangyuan Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., has completed its name change to Gansu Zhuangyuan Animal Husbandry Group Co., Ltd. The change has been registered with the Jinchuan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in Jinchang City. The registered capital of the subsidiary is CNY 10 million, with He Lin as the legal representative. The company stated that the name change is for the purpose of standardizing management, business development, and strategic planning, and will not have a detrimental impact on the company.
