Sungrow Power Supply: Controlling shareholder executes pledge and release

Concurrently, Cao Renxian pledged 308,000 shares to Galaxy Securities on April 24, 2025, constituting 0.49% of his stake and 0.15% of Sungrow's total share capital, expiring in 2027, for personal financing purposes. Following these transactions, Cao Renxian's total pledged shares amount to 3,506,700 shares, or 5.55% of his holdings and 1.69% of the company's total share capital. The announcement affirmed that these pledges do not carry significant asset restructuring or performance compensation obligations and do not pose a risk of triggering a forced liquidation or change in control of the company.
