Da An Gene supervisory board chair resigns

Da An Gene Of Sun Yat-Sen University (SZSE:002030) announced the resignation of Zhu WanYu, the Chairman of its Supervisory Board, due to work-related reasons. The resignation, effective upon delivery of her written report to the board, will not reduce the number of supervisors below the statutory minimum. Da An Gene confirmed that Zhu WanYu's departure will not impact the company's daily operations or management. As of the announcement date, Zhu WanYu does not hold any shares in the company.
