Changbao Steeltube to reduce registered capital, notifies creditors

Jiangsu Changbao Steeltube (SZSE:002478) announced it will reduce its registered capital from CNY 901,346,228 to CNY 900,986,228, following the cancellation of 360,000 restricted stock units previously granted under its 2023 incentive plan. The decision was approved at the company's board meeting on March 27, 2025, and by shareholders on April 23, 2025. The reduction is due to the departure of six incentive recipients. Creditors are hereby notified that they have 45 days from the date of this announcement to claim repayment of debts or request corresponding guarantees. Creditors can submit their claims via mail or fax. The notification period is from April 24, 2025, to June 7, 2025.
