Eve Energy: Shareholder completes partial share release and pledge

Eve Energy (SZSE:300014) announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet Eve Holding, released 17,000,000 shares from pledge and pledged 22,810,000 shares to Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. as collateral for debt repayment. Simultaneously, actual controller Liu Jincheng released 2,800,000 shares. Following these transactions, the cumulative pledged shares by the controlling shareholder and related parties amount to 405,550,000, representing 49.75% of their holdings. Tibet Eve Holding's pledged shares totaled 359,440,000, or 54.87% of its holdings, while Liu Jincheng's pledged shares totaled 35,910,000, or 46.38% of his holdings. The company stated that the controlling shareholder has the ability to repay the debt.
