CIMC advances Pingshan land preparation project with agreements

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC, SZSE:000039) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shenzhen Southern CIMC Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen CIMC Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., have completed the signing of the "Compensation and Resettlement Agreement" for the CIMC Pingshan production base land preparation project on April 25, 2025. The agreements were finalized with the Pingshan District Urban Renewal and Land Preparation Bureau, and relevant sub-district offices. The project involves seven land parcels and was approved by CIMC's board of directors on April 10, 2025. While the final land compensation plan and land grant contracts are still pending approval, CIMC will continue to monitor the project's progress and fulfill its disclosure obligations.
