Yunnan Tin to hold 2024 annual general meeting

Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd. announced that it will convene its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 25, 2025, at 15:00. Shareholders will vote on resolutions including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee work reports, the 2024 financial statements, the 2025 operating budget, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. The meeting will also address the company's 2025 investment plan and the 2024 annual report. Shareholders can participate through on-site voting or via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system from 9:15 to 15:00 on April 25, 2025. The equity registration date is set for April 21, 2025. The company's independent directors will also present their 2024 performance reports.
