Leadman Biochemistry shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

Leadman Biochemistry's AGM saw the approval of key resolutions, including the 2024 Board of Directors Work Report, the 2024 Supervisory Board Work Report, the 2024 Annual Report, the 2024 Financial Statement, the 2024 Profit Distribution Plan, the 2024 Special Report on the Storage and Actual Use of Raised Funds, and the appointment of the 2025 financial and internal control audit firms. A total of 110 shareholders and proxies, representing 273,394,818 shares (50.2553% of total shares), participated through a combination of on-site and online voting. The company's directors, supervisors, and senior management attended or were present at the meeting and a witness lawyer oversaw the procedures. All resolutions were passed with over 97% approval from attending shareholders, including minority shareholders.
