Sunwoda's controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300207) announced that its controlling shareholder, Wang Mingwang, pledged an additional 1.7 million shares of the company on April 23, 2025, to China Galaxy Securities for equity investment purposes. This pledge represents 0.47% of his total holdings and 0.09% of Sunwoda's total share capital. Following this transaction, Wang Mingwang has pledged a total of 129.244 million shares, which accounts for 35.72% of his holdings and 7.00% of Sunwoda's total share capital. As of April 23, 2025, Wang Mingwang holds 361,779,557 shares, representing 19.60% of the company.
