Jiangyin Rural Bank announces 2024 dividend distribution

Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank (SZSE:002807) has announced details regarding its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholder meeting on April 18, 2025. The bank will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 2.00 per 10 shares (before tax) based on the total share capital registered on the equity registration date. The total dividend payout is estimated at CNY 492,278,557.80 based on the current total share capital of 2,461,392,789 shares.
