Zhifei Bio holds AGM on June 18, plans no cash dividend

Chongqing Zhifei Biological Products (SZSE:300122) announced plans to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2025, at the Chongqing Junhao Hotel, with key resolutions including the prior year's financial report, board report, and proposed governance changes. Directors are proposing to maintain current financial prudence by not distributing any cash dividends. Approval is also sought for a substantial CNY36B line of credit to support ongoing operations and development. Meanwhile, it has been disclosed that Zhifei and GSK will continue their partnership through the extension of exclusive marketing rights and exploration of new avenues for collaboration in respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccines.
