Jiangyin Rural Bank names new board secretary, refreshes team

Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank (SZSE:002807) has announced the appointment of Zhou Xiaotang as its new Board Secretary, effective April 18, 2025. This follows the resignation of the former Board Secretary, Bian Danjuan, due to age-related reasons, though she will remain as a Director. The appointment was approved during the bank’s eighth session of the board's ninth meeting.
