Dahua Technology announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Zhejiang Dahua Technology (SZSE:002236) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 4.58 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on a total share base of 3,279,257,910 shares, excluding the company's repurchased shares. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 1,501,900,122.78 (inclusive of tax). The equity registration date is set for April 29, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is April 30, 2025. The company's repurchased shares, numbering 19,819,601, are not entitled to participate in this distribution. The ex-right reference price will be the closing price on the equity registration date minus CNY 0.4552485.
