(SZSE:300059) announced that its subsidiary, East Money Securities Co., Ltd., has received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to conduct market making for listed securities. The approval, documented under "Securities Regulatory Permit (2025) 689," allows East Money Securities to engage in listed securities market making activities, provided it adheres to specific operational and regulatory requirements. These include proper staffing, infrastructure, robust information security, and risk management protocols. East Money Securities is required to update its articles of association, register the change with the relevant authorities within six months, and apply for a revised business license.
