Further conversions up to April 17, 2025, resulted in an additional 6,553,462 shares, accounting for 0.76% of the total share capital. Consequently, New Hope Investment Group and its concerted parties' holdings decreased from 79.70% to 78.94% of New Hope Dairy's shares.
