Hybribio Biotech shareholder Yunnan Zhonghe extends share pledge

Guangdong Hybribio Biotech (SZSE:300639) announced that shareholder Yunnan Zhonghe Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. has extended its pledge of 6.93 million shares to Hongta Securities. The shares represent 17.26% of Yunnan Zhonghe's holdings and 1.10% of Hybribio Biotech's total share capital. The extended pledge period runs from April 18, 2024, to April 17, 2026. Following the extension, Yunnan Zhonghe has a total of 28.02 million shares pledged, accounting for 69.79% of its holdings and 4.46% of Hybribio Biotech's total share capital. The company affirmed that the share pledge does not present risks of forced liquidation or transfer, and Hybribio Biotech will continue to monitor the situation and fulfill its disclosure obligations.
