Zhejiang Sunflower discloses plans to address accumulated losses

Zhejiang Sunflower Great Health Liability Company (SZSE:300111) has announced a plan to address unrecovered losses that have exceeded one-third of its total paid-in capital. The losses stem primarily from significant asset disposals and provisions for bad debts in 2018, as well as divestment of loss-making subsidiaries and related impairments in 2019.
