Xuerong Bio's controlling shareholder amends control transfer agreement

Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology (SZSE:300511) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yang Yongping, along with Zhejiang Yinwan Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Yinwan Huayi No. 1 Private Equity Investment Fund, has signed a supplementary agreement with Shanghai Wanzihong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the transfer of control. The agreement, signed on April 16, 2025, adjusts the terms of the original control transfer and share transfer agreements.
