Sungrow Power Supply (SZSE:300274) announced that Cao Renxian, the controlling shareholder and actual controller, has pledged 1,000,000 shares, representing 0.16% of his holdings and 0.05% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, with Huatai Securities as the pledgee, commenced on April 17, 2025, and is due to expire on April 17, 2026, and serves to meet Cao Renxian's personal capital needs. Following the pledge, Cao Renxian has a total of 3,558,500 shares pledged, representing 5.64% of his holdings and 1.72% of Sungrow Power Supply's total share capital. The pledged shares do not carry any performance compensation obligations related to major asset restructuring. The company assures that this pledge will not lead to a change in control.
