Sanqi Interactive proposes FY24 dividend, plans mid-year payouts

Wuhu Sanqi Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Group (SZSE:002555) announced its FY24 profit distribution plan and a proposal for cash dividends in 2025. The company's board recommends a cash dividend of CNY 3.70 per 10 shares, totaling CNY 818.53 million (inclusive of tax), with the remaining profits to be carried forward. The company also intends to maintain its dividend payout stability and further enhance shareholder returns. The company's board has authorized to distribute up to CNY 1.5 billion for mid-year dividends in 2025, pending shareholder approval.
