Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical (SZSE:002422) announced a change in the lead independent financial advisor for the ongoing continuous supervision of its subsidiary, Sichuan Kelun Biotech Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s spinoff and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Zhang Xu, the original appointee from Changjiang Securities, is stepping down due to a change in job responsibilities. Zeng Yucheng will take over Zhang’s responsibilities, joining Liu Guan as co-lead advisors. The supervisory period extends to December 31, 2024.
